Shipping and delivery

Our products are delivered throughout Australia, postage/shipping rates are based on Australia Post Domestic Parcel Post charges as at 5 September 2022. Delivery costs will be calculated on weight of your order and added to your order within our cart and / or checkout pages.

For any locations that are outside Australia, you can contact us via email hello@bellsmilkbar.com.au and will quote individually.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Pricing policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) where applicable. All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart and / or checkout page.

Total costs are displayed in the shopping cart and / or checkout screen and include all taxes and handling charges.

Customer service policy

Bell's fantastic team of customer service professionals are available to assist you with product information, ordering, deliveries and much more, simply call 1300 466 565. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an alternative item to the same value or a full refund.

Refund & Return policy

Please take your time to choose your product correctly from our online store as we do not provide refunds or returns if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect purchase decision. If you receive a product from our online store that is damaged, faulty, is different to what you have ordered or has been incorrectly described on our website to what you have received you will be entitled to a full refund of those products. Please contact hello@bellsmilkbar.com.au to make your claim for any refund if required.
